Once your energy is depleted, you will not be able to earn anything although you can continue your workout In the closed beta phase of the app, you will get 30 energy points on daily basis which is basically 30 minutes of workout (1 energy = 1 min). This energy will be given to you in multiple intervals - 10 energy for each Sneaker that you own every 8 hours.
